Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or preference reasons. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective in print or construction, or incorrect (wrong item, wrong size), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free exchange or reprint at no additional cost.

How to Submit a Claim

Email us with: your order number, a photo clearly showing the issue, and your preferred resolution (exchange or reprint).

Refunds

Cash refunds are not available for print-on-demand items. Exchanges and reprints are our standard remedy for eligible claims.
